Running Out of Dinner Ideas?

Easy to use n delicious. The finished product is better than many ayam buah keluak I have tasted in many nonya restaurants.

My hubby's family is peranakan so he grew up eating his mum's ayam buah keluak. But learning to cook this dish is such a laborious effort that I never mastered it. So I'm glad there is Nyonyalite's Buah Keluak paste. Its easy to use and the taste is great. I've been a repeated customer since my first purchase. While it's not cheap, but the taste is authentic.

I used the paste with 1.5 kg of chicken and 200 ml of coconut cream.
It tasted really good and my family loved it. Will buy again.

The Pongteh paste which I used to cook pork was simply yummy. I added dried shitake mushrooms and potatoes and the result was yummy.

I tried the mee siam prawn recipe. The paste was good and I enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend it to friends. My family commented that it goes best with mee siam. Please put up a wet mee siam recipe on your website if possible.

This paste is a taste of buah keluak heaven. Divine.

Please never stop producing this! It’s super easy to dish up this traditional dish just by adding chicken to the paste. The taste is legit too.. brings back fond memories of grandma’s cooking.

Nonya Mee Siam is so super yummy

Have to highly recommend Nyonyalite to everyone. Not just for the authentic tasting pastes and easy to follow recipes, but also for their excellent, sincere service recovery. I had ordered online from their website twice. For my 2nd order, I ordered 7 packets of pastes. However when the packets were delivered I was shocked to see that 2 packets of the laksa pastes had burst on delivery, all the oil and mixture had oozed out and whole package was oily and messed up. Managed to salvage the other 5 packets after cleaning the boxes and putting them in ziplocks.
That night I immediately sent an email to Nyonalite with photos of the messed up package and asked for refund or re-sending of 2 new packets of laksa paste. Justin was extremely quick to respond to my email and without hesitation offered to re-deliver 2 packets of laksa paste without extra charge and asked about the condition of the remaining 5 packets. He went further in his service recovery by delivering personally the next morning (Saturday) and kindly included my full order of 7 packets of pastes in his delivery, with a free gift as well. Justin has gone above and beyond in his service recovery and I truly appreciate his good will gestures and kind consideration.
Now the family can look forward to tasty, authentic nyonya dinners next week.

Was impressed with the fragrance n aroma of this sambal. Very versatile with any meat or vegetables.
