Ingredients:
- Nyonyalite Sambal Ayam Penyet
- 4 cloves of garlic chopped.
- 200g eggplants chopped
Instructions:
- Heat the wok or skillet with cooking oil.
- Stir fry eggplant until it is soften. Make sure it is not overcooked.
- Remove eggplant from pan:
- 4 teaspoons of Nyonyalite Sambal Ayam Penyet into the wok or skillet. If you enjoy spicier flavors, feel free to add more.
- Add the minced garlic to the wok or skillet and stir-fry until it becomes fragrant. Next, add the eggplants to the wok or skillet.
- Stir it well so the sambal is evenly distributed.
- Serve when the brinjal.
