Ingredients
- 400g dry bihun (rice vermicelli)
- Nyonyalite Mee Siam Paste
- 500ml of water
- Tau pok (tofu puffs)
- Bean sprouts
Instructions
- Add 1pkt Nyonyalite Nyonya Mee Siam Paste into mixing bowl saute 3min / 120°C/ Reverse Spoon
- Add water cook 5min / 120°C/ Reverse Spoon
- Meanwhile, rinse bihun and set aside to soak for 5min
- Add rinsed bihun into mixing bowl cook 4min / 120°C/ Reverse Spoon .Let in stand for 5 min.
- Transfer bihun into a serving bowl and toss it well. Serve Hot and enjoy
