  1. Add 1pkt Nyonyalite Nyonya Mee Siam Paste into mixing bowl saute 3min / 120°C/ Reverse Spoon

  2. Add water cook 5min / 120°C/ Reverse Spoon

  3. Meanwhile, rinse bihun and set aside to soak for 5min

  4. Add rinsed bihun into mixing bowl cook 4min / 120°C/ Reverse Spoon .Let in stand for 5 min.

  5. Transfer bihun into a serving bowl and toss it well. Serve Hot and enjoy
