Another great paste from nyonya lite. Just add in Chinese mushroom and some potatoes.

I bought a packet of each - chicken curry, pongteh paste and ayam penyet sambal to try before placing more order. The chicken curry has a very lovely an fragrant flavour - not too spicy and it is not oily unlike other brands that I have tried. I have yet to try the Pongteh paste and the ayam penyet sambal but I am sure they will be equally as flavourful as the chicken curry.
