A very quick fix when its needed for my Peranakan hubby!

When my hubby gets tired of sesame oil and soya chicken, I get our helper to use this Pongteh paste to elevate the humble old chicken dish! It delights this Peranakan boy so much that I buy x10 packs of Nonyalite products each time, fearful that he he wont be able to get his quick fix. Thank you Nonyalite. You have saved my helper many, many hours of traditional cooking in the kitchen!

Nyonyalite Pongteh Paste

this is the 2nd time buying the pongteh paste.
try cooking it with pork belly and chicken, its taste very good without adding any others sauce.
the pongteh paste oil is enough to cook the meat, you can don't add any more oil.

Babi Pongteh

The babi pongteh is value for money as we can cook a small pot out of only 1 packet of paste. The cooking is very convenient by pouring the pork into the gravy. I recommend others to try the Nyonyalite babi pongteh and it costs less than $10 a pack.

Delicious Nyonyalite Pongteh Paste!

I used to prepare my own pongteh paste from scratch, but recently, I decided to try Nyonyalite Pongteh Paste.

Everyone was surprised by how delicious it turned out — and best of all, there was no preparation needed!

I made it using pork belly and added plenty of potatoes. It was rich, flavorful, and so comforting — a true crowd-pleaser!
