While this is Nyonya curry paste. I use it to cook fish ball, dice chicken and potatoes. There was no change to the taste as I cater each of my family members liking. With that they eat wish either rice or bread or yellow noodle or chee cheong fun.
It’s was the first paste I tried and it’s was so easy … hassle-free preparation work. And within 30-40 mins .. it’s ready to serve on the dining table. It’s so good and all at home love the dish .. It’s makes cooking so much fun and very encouraging ..

My hubby's family is peranakan so he grew up eating his mum's ayam buah keluak. But learning to cook this dish is such a laborious effort that I never mastered it. So I'm glad there is Nyonyalite's Buah Keluak paste. Its easy to use and the taste is great. I've been a repeated customer since my first purchase. While it's not cheap, but the taste is authentic.
No negative reviews from the ppl I fed. All of them love the sauce. Can add some assam sauce to further enhance the taste if you like it more tangy as suggested by a Nonya expert. It’s is so easy now to cook an exquisite meal.
