I recently purchased the Nyonyalite Sambal Ayam Penyet as a gift for a friend visiting from the U.K.
She was thoroughly impressed by the sambal’s bold, authentic flavors and has already expressed interest in ordering it again.

I used to prepare my own pongteh paste from scratch, but recently, I decided to try Nyonyalite Pongteh Paste.

Everyone was surprised by how delicious it turned out — and best of all, there was no preparation needed!

I made it using pork belly and added plenty of potatoes. It was rich, flavorful, and so comforting — a true crowd-pleaser!

Easy to use n delicious. The finished product is better than many ayam buah keluak I have tasted in many nonya restaurants.

My hubby's family is peranakan so he grew up eating his mum's ayam buah keluak. But learning to cook this dish is such a laborious effort that I never mastered it. So I'm glad there is Nyonyalite's Buah Keluak paste. Its easy to use and the taste is great. I've been a repeated customer since my first purchase. While it's not cheap, but the taste is authentic.

I used the paste with 1.5 kg of chicken and 200 ml of coconut cream.
It tasted really good and my family loved it. Will buy again.

The Pongteh paste which I used to cook pork was simply yummy. I added dried shitake mushrooms and potatoes and the result was yummy.

I tried the mee siam prawn recipe. The paste was good and I enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend it to friends. My family commented that it goes best with mee siam. Please put up a wet mee siam recipe on your website if possible.

This paste is a taste of buah keluak heaven. Divine.

Please never stop producing this! It’s super easy to dish up this traditional dish just by adding chicken to the paste. The taste is legit too.. brings back fond memories of grandma’s cooking.
