How hard can it be? Fry paste till fragrant, add chicken and fry a bit more, add a splash of water and cook till done. Two thumbs up from a non-Peranakan.

My family loves it..! Been searching for the similar taste and flavour depth of the ayam buah keluak that my Peranakan Aunty used to cook, and Nyonyalite hit all the right spots! It’s soo convenient to prepare. I added more shallots, lemongrass stalks and kaffir leaves to cook in the rempah, with turmeric marinated ayam, the aroma of the buah keluak filled my home with such heavenly fragrance, even my neighbours came over to check what I was cooking. I will definitely repurchase this paste again!

The Mee Siam Paste is good. As my family like it a bit sour so
I added some tamarind and chives and it became just fantastic!

I have tasted the Buah Keluak Paste. It is so goods as what my late grandma and auntie had cooked long time ago. I will definitely continue to purchase the abovesaid item as it is so easy to cook and save time for people like me who is not a good cook.
