Nyonyalite Curry Paste

We seldom cook curry as not good at it. However with this paste everything is perfect. Texture and taste all easy to achieve.

Not too spicy.

Bought this curry paste twice. Love the taste although it can be a bit more spicy to bring out the flavour. It is not oily and mild enough for people or children who do not like spicy curry.

I just got it yesterday. I cooked 3 chicken legs and 5 chicken wings together with 3 potatoes. The taste is very old school and it wasn't spicy. The gravy is very tasty and it goes very well with white rice and french loaf or just any white bread. My helper and I enjoyed it very much. Simple instructions to get a wok of curry chicken done. Keeping a big portion for prayers tomorrow. I hope my late Mom will approve of its taste!

While this is Nyonya curry paste. I use it to cook fish ball, dice chicken and potatoes. There was no change to the taste as I cater each of my family members liking. With that they eat wish either rice or bread or yellow noodle or chee cheong fun.

I used the paste with 1.5 kg of chicken and 200 ml of coconut cream.
It tasted really good and my family loved it. Will buy again.
